Stacey Lamirand

Real estate consulting is ability to help people buy and sell property in an active real estate market.  Stacey is an ethical and highly experienced real estate consultant in a market that requires complex expertise in a myriad of areas.  She has been working in the field for more than 15 years and is able to extend valuable experience in changing markets.   She is a big picture thinker with an ability to see the necessary details.

Stacey works primarily by referral and makes certain that her clients receive the highest, most thoughtful, strategic, timely service there is.  She is her client’s trusted advisor and educator – while always keeping the ultimate goal of the client in mind.

Stacey’s background includes management and development of non-profit organizations.  She has been instrumental in helping organizations such as the March of Dimes, Big Brothers/ Big Sisters, and the Women’s Recovery Association not only earn the maximum dollars needed to run the organizations, but also she assisted in program research, development, and implementation of those programs.  Creating the organizational objectives with a well thought plan, then backing out the steps needed to reach the ultimate goals is what Stacey does well!  Stacey understands that financial concerns are important to individuals (and organizations), so making thoughtful decisions is paramount to the ultimate plan.

Stacey earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Seattle University focusing on Public – Private Partnerships, and earned her BA from Texas Tech University in Public Relations and Marketing.

Stacey was born in Oklahoma and raised in Dallas, Texas – however, she is not related to JR or Sue Ellen!  She moved to Santa Barbara and then San Francisco in 1988 – where she has lived since (minus the two years in Seattle for grad school).  Stacey has lived in many different neighborhoods within the City and currently resides in Mill Valley with her family - consisting of her partner, three small children, her mother (Stacey fully embraces the “Sandwich Generation”), two dogs and a hamster!

Stacey is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the San Francisco Association of Realtors and the Marin Association of Realtors.  She is a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, the Women’s Council of Realtors – both San Francisco and Marin chapters.  She has earned her certification as “Senior Real Estate Specialist” (SRES), qualifying her as an expert in assisting senior citizens with a variety of home decisions.  Stacey is actively involved in volunteer fundraising for a couple of different philanthropies.  And when time permits, Stacey is an aspiring athlete, recently competing in her first triathlons and a marathon.
