One would think that using ugly colors (and ones that don't look good
together) on the site of a former paint store should not be allowed by
the citizens of San Francisco!

I have several active, motivated, and ready buyers. There is very little to show them. What are Sellers waiting for?

I heard an interesting statistic the other day: Only twenty percent of all short sales that have been approved by the banks ever closes escrow. 

Why would Sellers want to be on a reality show like this?  It is tough enough to finally realize the truth about the market in private.

What will it take for these two fabulous homes to sell?  Well, a Buyer and a Seller reaching a deal, of course.  At this point, the Buyers have the upper hand.

The Bottom Line:  real estate is a good long-term investment...

It’s a great time to buy a home or condo in San Francisco.  And for Sellers, the good news is that there are still Buyers and homes are selling.
